Our Wellness Program helps you stay on track after completing Intensive Cardiac Rehabilitation by providing ongoing structure, accountability, and community. You’ll continue with guided exercise and stress management while being surrounded by a supportive group—so you’re never navigating your heart-healthy lifestyle alone. This program is designed to help you maintain momentum, stay motivated, and build lasting habits for long-term health.
Graduates of the 9-week ICR program continue with guided group exercise and stress management every Tuesday afternoon and self-guided group exercise and stress management on Thursday afternoons.
